Maintain an active subscription registered via get.clozr.io.
Have valid login credentials.
You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details. Any unauthorized use or security breach must be immediately reported to privacy@marketwisesolution.com.
3. Description of Services CLOZR provides professional users with:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Online review monitoring and response tools.
Social media content scheduling.
Contact and messaging management.
Google My Business integration.
Third-party integrations (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google).
The mobile app complements the web platform, providing mobile access to essential functionalities.
4. Account Security You must not share or transfer your account to another user or entity. We reserve the right to terminate access if misuse or unauthorized account sharing occurs.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Service includes integration with third-party platforms. Marketwise Solutions FZCO is not responsible for third-party services' content, functionality, or compliance. Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms and policies.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed exclusively via get.clozr.io. No separate payments or in-app purchases are processed within the mobile app.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design elements, and functionalities on CLOZR remain the intellectual property of Marketwise Solutions FZCO or its licensors. You may not duplicate, distribute, or replicate any elements without prior written consent.
9. User Obligations You must:
Use CLOZR solely for legitimate business purposes.
Not engage in activities that disrupt, impair, or interfere with Service functionality.
Not misuse third-party integrations or violate their respective terms.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
